You've got the Love | a festival inspired OOTD

Greetings everyone! It's been quite some time since I last updated you on my daily antics to say the least. But let's not get into this now and talk about the amazigness that is COACHELLA 2015, shall we? I've always been a big festival enthusiast (in fact my love for festival goes as far as travelling abroad for the sake of going to one), so it goes without saying that I woke up in the middle of the night to watch the Coachella live stream (damn you time zones!). I was pretty excited for Clean Bandit, as they always put on an amazing show + their songs are catchy as hell! Another favourite of mine was Tyler, the Creator, to whom I've been listening to since I was 14. Although he might not be everyone's cup of tea, his performances never fail to amaze me. And of course, let's not forget about Drake who closed Weekend 1 of Coachella! Of course, the amazing live performances are not only things that make headlines! It's the lot of celebrities papped dancing along to the music, attending events and socialising that often score the cover page of various gossip magazines. The best part about this you ask? The huge amount of outfit shots we get! Although I have to say I'm not too keen on the "let's-appropriate-other-peoples'-cultures-for-the-sake-of-looking-edgy" trend, the outfits seen at Coachella are on another level!
Watching all these amazing artists perform live, made me wish I was part of this unforgettable weekend. In honour of Coachella, I put together this simple festival inspired outfit! This is definitely something I would see myself wearing at a festival! The floaty trousers are perfect for a music festival, since they don't get in the way whilst dancing and jumping around (unlike the oh so stylish but probably not so festival appropriate maxi skirts). I picked these ones up from the H&M x Coachella collection. I was quite impressed with their collection and would definitely recommend it to you! I got the lace bralet from the underwear section at H&M but I think it could definitely pass as a top. Funnily enough, the kimono and the hat are also from H&M, I swear I did not do this on purpose! I also went with a pair of classic Ray-Ban sunglasses, to keep away the sun! Although I am not wearing shoes in those pictures, I would go with either a pair of trainers or some boots.
Who was your favourite act at Coachella? Let me know in the comments down below!
I hope you enjoyed this post! I will see you very soon with a new post!
